ONE POINT OF CONTACT

More clarity.
Less to coordinate.

Different programmes, different documents, different deadlines. Planning studies abroad can become a project of its own. We bring these moving parts together, so you can focus on the decisions that matter to your child.

Your family has a dedicated counselor to guide the choices, prepare the applications and coordinate the next steps. We agree the scope of the work with you at the outset, keeping both the student's ambitions and your priorities in view.

WHAT WE TAKE CARE OF

Considered choices.
Careful preparation.

01

University selection & strategy

A good shortlist begins with your child. We bring their academic background, interests and ambitions together with the practical priorities that matter to your family.

  • Identify suitable institutions, programmes and levels of study.
  • Consider entry requirements, teaching language, location and budget.
  • Build a considered shortlist and a clear application plan.
02

Applications & documentation

We take an active role in preparing the application, bringing together the documents, requirements and deadlines so your family has a clear view of what happens next.

  • Prepare and organise application files with the student, including supporting documents and written materials.
  • Help the student prepare for interviews and present their experience clearly.
  • Coordinate institution correspondence and track submissions, requests and deadlines.
03

Additional support

Some families also need help with the practical side of moving to Switzerland. Alongside admissions, we can discuss guidance on visa formalities and accommodation, according to your needs.

  • Understand the practical steps relevant to the student's arrival.
  • Explore accommodation options and the questions to ask providers.
  • Agree any additional assistance as part of your family's scope of support.

A FAMILY DECISION. A PERSONAL FUTURE.

We manage the detail.
They shape the direction.

A well-supported application should still sound like the person behind it. We help your child express their interests and experience with confidence, while taking the organisational burden off your family.

Our responsibility

Structure the plan, prepare the file, clarify requirements, coordinate exchanges and keep the next actions visible. You know who to contact when a question arises.

Your family's role

Share the student's background, make the choices together and provide the required documents. The student approves their application and completes their own assessments and personal work.

HOW WE BEGIN

A clear way forward.

  1. 01

    Understand your plans.

A first conversation about the student, your priorities and the questions you would like us to resolve.

  2. 02

    Agree the approach.

A tailored scope of support, with the options to explore, responsibilities and an application timetable.

  3. 03

    Put the plan in motion.

We prepare and coordinate the applications with your child, from the first documents to the follow-up exchanges.

WHEN AN ENTRY REQUIREMENT IS MISSING

Swiss Maturité &
university pathways.

A diploma and good grades may not be enough if a required subject or qualification is missing. We identify the academic gap, clarify the route the university accepts, and help your family explore preparation for the Swiss Maturité or another appropriate pathway.

BEFORE WE SPEAK

A few useful answers.

Do we need to have chosen a university already?

No. We can start with a broad interest, a preferred subject or simply the idea of studying in Switzerland. The first stage is to understand the student's background and help your family identify suitable options.

How involved will my child need to be?

We handle preparation and coordination, while your child remains involved in the choices and in presenting their own experience. They provide accurate information, approve their application and complete any personal work, interviews or assessments required by the institution.

Can you help with more than one application?

Yes. We can coordinate a shortlist of applications, each with its own requirements and timetable. We agree the institutions and the scope of support with your family before work begins.

What can we expect from the first conversation?

We discuss your child's current studies, interests and intended start date, along with your family's priorities. We explain where we can help and the next steps for a tailored proposal. Each institution remains responsible for its own admission decisions.
