Contacting us

The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, message and preferred contact methods. If you select Telegram, it also asks for your Telegram username. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the support you have requested.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Contact-form messages are sent to SwissAdmissions using Resend, our email delivery provider. The form does not automatically message you on WhatsApp or Telegram; a counselor uses your selected contact preferences to follow up. Selecting a contact method does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Email links open your own email application. No email is sent through those links until you choose to send it. This form is for enquiries; please do not include identity documents, payment details or a full application file.

For a first conversation, please share only the information needed to discuss your study plans. You can write to contact@swissadmissions.com.

Cookies and analytics

No analytics or marketing scripts are configured on this website. If we introduce these tools, we will update the information on this page to explain their use.
